ROSSONIO M. LAWRENCE, B.S.
Rossonio “Roe” Lawrence is a respected leader and speaker in the areas of leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Roe’s professional work has been in business, logistics working on government projects and healthcare. His work has been focused on helping organizations establish systems that improve outcomes.
Roe is trained in Resiliency and Organizational Change Management; and holds a Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida Muma School of Business. He possesses a degree in Physical Therapy from St. Petersburg College in Florida, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Phoenix. Roe is a trained American Heart Association (AHA) Instructor and a Florida Notary and Signing Agent (NSA).
In addition, Roe retired from the US Army as a Chief Warrant Officer in 2019 after 33 years of service. Throughout his military career, he received numerous awards to include the Legion of Merit, the Meritorious Service Medal and many other Achievements and Commendations.
Roe has been a subject matter expert on logistics and DEI. He has been featured on the Be Better Podcast and been a conference speaker nationally.
Roe resides in Tampa, Florida with his family.
